Membership Rules
- A user of the RareList site becomes a member through setting up a members profile.
- A member can create list of books that they wish to sell and this list will be held on the site until deleted by the member or hidden by the site after one year.
- Members can act as buyers and sellers. Potential buyers who are not members will still be able to search the book listings and contact book owners.
- We will ensure that each book listed will be visible to Internet Search Engines and will also provide facilities for potential buyers to search the site.
- It is in the seller's interest to remove sold books as soon as possible.
- The site will automatically downgrade the member if insufficient credits are available to maintain the subscription.
- The site will also allow members to search and display profiles of other members of the site against a list of criteria.
- The site will also maintain a publication area to hold forum articles that would be accessible to all users of the site. M2MN will have total editorial control of the articles published.
- The author warrants that he or she has rights to any text and pictures submitted and will indemnify M2MN for breach of copyright if the site has posted them in good faith.
