Membership Rules
- This agreement between M2MN Limited ("The Company") and you ("the Member") covers the terms and conditions for the use of the site www.rarelist.co.uk ("The Site") and is intended as a legally binding agreement between the Compant and the Member under English Law.
- The Member agrees to these terms and conditions through underdoing the sign-up process and through using the facilities provided by the Company on the Site.
- In using the site the member undertakes to behave responsibly and conforms to the Member's Code of Conduct.
- The Member must ensure that they have the appropriate copyright for any content that they upload on the site. The Company will not be liable for any breach of copyright
- The Member grants the Company rights to use any content submitted for the site or for promoting the site.
- The Company will provide a means for the Member to list their books on the site and use its best endeavour to publicise these books on the Internet through search engine optimisation techniques and link sharing.
- In consideration the Member will provide the Company with membership fees or equivalent activities to help advance the site through earning credits to their account.
Members may earn credits through the following activities :-
- Recruiting a new member where the member will be credited with £3.00,
- Posting a valid forum entry where the member will be credited with 10p, and,
- Listing new books on the site where the member will be credited with 1p for each book entry and 1p if a photograph is uploaded.
- The company will provide the following grade of Memberships :-
- Standard members will be entitled to list up to 10 books free,
- Silver Members who will be entitled to list up to 100 books and have an Internet link displayed on their profile for £1.00 per month,
- Gold Members who will be entitled to list an unlimited number of books and have an Internet link displayed on each of their book listings for a fee of £3.00 per month, and
- Platinum Members who will be entitled to list an unlimited number of books and have up to 2 Internet links displayed with each book listing for a fee of £5.00 per month.
- Membership fees may be paid in cash or can be offset by credits earned through the activities listed above.
- The site will provide an auction facility to members with sufficient credits.
- Silver, Gold and Platinum members can list and auction their items without charge..
- If there are not sufficient funds to maintain a member's grade, the site will deduct the appropriate fee from the member's credit balance and adjust the membership accordingly.
- The Company will provide a community forum to hold discussion threads to be updated by members. The Company reserves the right to delete any content that, in its opinion, may be offensive or may be detrimental to the community of Members.
- The Company will not be responsible for any views expressed by a member in posting to the Site's forum.
- If as a result of any actions through content they publish on the Site by the Member the Company suffers a loss, the Company may seek to reimburse any direct costs from the Member.
- The Company endeavours to provide the Site's functionality as is through the use of the code and designs accessed through the sites url. Whilst every reasonable effort is made to provide the functionality as displayed, the Company provides no warranties or guarantees against the use of the site's function. The Member uses the site as is.
- The Company has no liability for consequential loss or damage incurred by the Member for the use of the site's functionality.
